The brief

We wanted a flagship general job board that showcased the platform end to end: high-volume job aggregation, fast search across hundreds of thousands of roles, location-led browsing, and a candidate experience that turns visitors into registered, returning users.

What we delivered

• A modern, mobile-first board built entirely on our own platform.
• High-volume job ingestion via XML feeds and the token-secured API, with hundreds of thousands of live roles searchable instantly.
• Location-led discovery — popular cities and regions surfaced on the homepage.
• Job alerts, candidate registration and CV upload to drive repeat visits.
• Google for Jobs structured data and IndexNow so new roles are indexed fast.

The result

Job Leap runs the full platform at national scale, with hundreds of thousands of live jobs across the UK. It’s the board we point prospective clients to when they ask, “can it handle our volume?” — the answer is yes.
