Our Bob is a friendly, character-led UK jobs board that helps people find work and apprenticeships by location and sector.
The brief
Our Bob set out to stand apart from faceless job boards with a warm, approachable brand — and to treat apprenticeships as a first-class search, not an afterthought. The experience had to be simple and candidate-first.
What we delivered
- A distinctive, fully branded board on our platform (mascot and all).
- Dual search for jobs and apprenticeships, with location and sector browsing.
- CV upload so recruiters can find candidates, plus candidate registration and alerts.
- Featured jobs and recruiters, and separate recruiter/candidate blogs via the CMS.
- Configurable design proving the platform can carry a bold, personable brand.
The result
Our Bob shows how configurable the platform is: a warm, character-led board with a genuine apprenticeships focus and a candidate-first experience — unmistakably its own.
